Installations

EES Showhire offer a complete in house installation service details about some of our current projects are shown below.

Ratciffe College - Leicestershire

After years of problems caused by the natural resonance in the chapel, Ratcliffe College contacted us to see if we could help reduce the effect.

After looking at acoustic surveys carried out by the college, we decided to install a line array speaker system instead of the conventional point source units that had previously been installed. The units choosen were the Bose Panarray MA12s and system controller.

After installation and calibration of the array we were able to give the client a system that can deliver high quality intelligible sound in even the most difficult conditions.

Aldridge Youth Theatre - West Midlands

We were contacted by Aldridge Youth Theatre to overhaul the existing lighting system and replace it with a set of modern DMX based dimmers.

We chose the Zero88 Betapack dimmer as this would give the theatre the best level of flexibility for their varied types of events.

By using individual dimmer packs it means that in the unlikely event of a total pack failure the theatre lighting engineers will be able to repatch the show and continue with the least amount of disruption. By fitting industry standard plugs a spare dimmer can be brought in if any fault can not be rectified quickly.

Thoresby Park - Nottinghamshire

The indoor riding school at Thoresby Park is used for various events, being a listed building all installations must look asthetically pleasing, not cause any damage to the building and easily removed after an event.

We were contracted for the hire and installation of a lighting rig for the winterfest art and craft exhibition. The customer requested shadow free illumination for the artworks, so by using nylon support straps and rigging chains from the brick arches, suspending a 9mtr tri truss with 9 800 watt cyc floods, the structure was supported without any damage to the building and we were able to create an even spread of light across the entire area.
